What precisely is a sunset?

Sunsets are an escape from reality for me, allowing me to find peace and embrace the romance of clouds and the sun.

My First Sunset Tale

I wasn't appreciating or loving the colors of the sunset or how the clouds moved, but the scenery was beautiful. I took a picture of it and sent it to my sister, who loved it and expressed her love for sunsets, but I was a kid at the time and didn't understand her thoughts.

As time passed, I discovered how valuable it was.

Why do I adore sunsets?

Sunset gave me what I needed most during my teen years, such as a spot to sit and reflect on all of my problems and mood swings.

My experience with sunsets.

I started giving myself time about a year ago. The advantage I have is that I live in a rural area where, of course, the sky is clear and wide. I was stressed out about my studies and

actually required some fresh air, so I chose my new favorite place to find peace every day in the evening and sat to watch the sky and sunset. I'm blessed; I have birds and trees all around me; it's like heaven; birds dance in the sky, peacocks sing, and I have eye-to-eye conversations with the sun; everyone else is rushing around, and I've discovered myself to be an idiot and selfish for being me. Furthermore, I literally sit for 40 minutes without speaking. It was similar to meditation; I tried 1000 times to sit in a silent room and meditate but failed because it felt like a prison to me. Aside from my tough study schedule, I was truly enjoying my evenings.

And last one thing you can take from my experience is that making time for ourselves and nurturing our hearts with wonderful things helps us become happier and better person. That one pause button into nature and the sky for 10-15 minutes every day can significantly enhance your overall well-being.
